Return Process

  Log into your account or use the guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the unworn items in their original designer packaging and seal them within the provided shipping box to ensure protection during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Affix the prepaid shipping label included in your original shipment and schedule a collection or drop off the package at an authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Review and Refund

  Upon receipt, our specialists will inspect the garments for quality assurance before processing your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
