SHADE AND SHADED_NY

A long-sleeved dress with a striking silhouette born from the interplay of straight crease lines and sharp pleats. Built from a simple rectangular pattern, the fabric is folded on the diagonal and selectively machine-pleated to produce a sculptural, architectural form. Flat when folded away, it comes alive when worn. The body’s contours gently show through the fabric, felt as much as seen.
