WALL WHITE HEM

This stole is made from light chiffon material with a crepe-like feel, created by adding silk to the cotton. The pattern, resembling the rubbing of a brush on a wall, is delicately expressed using a Nassen print applied three times to form layers of shading at a dyeing factory in Kyoto. The colors and depth of the pattern are beautifully highlighted by a layer of solid white fabric at the edges.
